About PC Ideas, Inc.

Founded in 1992, PC Ideas, Inc. has been providing outsourced IT services to small and mid-sized businesses in Orange County, California for over three decades. We focus on the operational side of IT — the systems your business actually runs on, day in and day out — not just the laptops on people’s desks.

How we work

Most of our clients came to us frustrated with the typical MSP experience: an offshore tier-1 helpdesk that can’t escalate, ticket queues measured in days, and account managers who don’t know what your business actually does. We do the opposite. Engagements are owner-supervised and we keep our client roster small enough that we can know each environment by name.
